The Lakes Learning Collaborative

New this year! Bring a challenge to Lakes Country Service Cooperative that you are ready to tackle! The Lakes Learning Collaborative is a regional Community of Practice where school and district teams work together to impact an area of growth in your program. Over three day-long sessions, you'll review your data, set goals, and build an action plan with support from peers across the region and the LCSC COMPASS team. Leave each session with practical strategies and identified next steps you can put to work right away.

Leadership is complex, and meaningful improvement requires time to reflect, plan, and connect. This collaborative experience, tailored to meet the unique needs of each district, gives district and school teams dedicated space to step back from daily demands and focus on what matters most. The workshop aims to foster collaboration among educators, focusing on aligning district and school priorities with aligned support from your LCSC COMPASS team between sessions as needed.
