Keeping a Circle can be organized and clear until it’s not. We will explore the power of our Intuition. How can we hold the rim of the Circle so that all can explore what their heart calls to them at that moment? Join Circle Keepers to explore the unseen aspects of Circle Keeping: Intuition, Emotionality, Synchronicity, Spirituality, Quantum Physics, Morphogenic Fields, the Effect of Silence, the Power of storytelling, and completely Trusting the Process. Participants will experience what Quantum Physics teaches us about the connections and entrainment of a group that calls for following the energy of the Circle rather than the expectations of the Keeper. Participants should have at least one 4-day training session and some Circle Keeping experience.

The circle process supports the community’s work to be in “right relationship” with each other and can be used to repair relationships, address hiccups and disruption, and harm, especially when the harm may require several sessions or ongoing support. Participants will learn processes for the pre-meeting, the repair of harm circle and the celebration/follow-up circle. They will identify ways to use circle with a class and when a circle needs to meet multiple times to support all affected parties. They will discuss the obligations of both participants and the school when harm happens and identify systemic barriers to the process, centering race in all steps and stages.
